Then there are those musics like rap and R&B , I myself don't really care for that kind of music. I'm a country girl and will be one always ,but ...butt I do love music to move me inside. meaning it should make me want to get up , grab a guy and and pull them to the dance floor. ^.^
Now there are times that I have to hear something that will make me cry.It's not bad to need a song to help with that. ^.~ I do this to help me with my moods. They get better if I listen to what I crave at the moment. Yes your mind craves things like smelling a scent or hearing music or just someones voice. It craves things like touching something smooth like a picture that brings back memories. I am sure I am confusing you all on this.
But if your staying with me on this then keep reading on. Like today it's raining out and it's a Sunday. This is what I call a music day. Why? I love to sit and write in a book or just type a blog entry or even yes draw. I place my earphones on my head and grab my chair/sofa/chair to my desk or just climb into bed and start listening to my music and well it helps me think better or even draw better.
It's a stress reliever to me to draw or get out in my garden even. I run my fingers through the dirt after I have loosened the soil. My fingernails love it making them healthy looking. Give me time to think and do something that will grow and show how much emotions went into the planting. Now I am sounding silly I know.
Now back to what I meant at the being about crying.Sometimes crying helps to get rid of that nasty stress. It opens your mind up by cleansing your nose out giving you more air to breath,well after your done crying that is . ^.^ It also makes your brain think better cause of why? It make it open up to other ideas.Just next time you want to have your mind open ,try my methods. You might be surprised. I have lived by that rule since I was a teen. It works for me all the time.
