I will also be talking about the dos and do nots of what to do and also about things of safety while cooking that big Turkey. So stay tuned and get some info on what you might can get out of it. ^.~
Now if there is something not related to what I will be talking about and you want some info on that instead then I might try and make a second blog for it until Thanksgiving and Christmas is over. I won't leave you out in the dark. Well we can start today off on the Turkey at least. ^.^
With Turkeys you must remember to freeze it and then take it out 2 to 3 days in advance. Depending on the size of the Turkey. You don't want to risk the possibility of someone getting salmonellae poisoning. So don't just leave it out and think it won't spoil. Thats why you take it out and place it in your fridge. Only taking it out for about an hour once in a while. That way it gets to defrost slowly. Timing is important as well.
I just put water from the tap into a sink and let it sit in the water for a while and then place it back in the fridge. Ohh and don't do the old mistake of all times. Leaving the little package that is inside the Turkey ,inside of it. lol
